The Victorian Liberal Nationals are calling on the Andrews Labor Government to allow Victorian students to return to school, together with appropriate health safeguards.

Remote learning cannot continue indefinitely. That’s why we’re asking for your views about how best to get kids back to school.

1. Do you think Victorian parents should be able to send their children to school:
only if they need to?if they want to?
2. Please select which of the following rules you support being introduced into schools to keep families and teachers safe:
funding schools for regular deep cleaningproviding schools with additional hand sanitizerstaggered start/finish timesalternating school days so that attendance is staggered throughout the weeknot allowing parents on school groundsnot holding extra-curricular activitiesnot allowing close-contact activities such as team sports
3. Do you think that teachers at-risk (due to age or health factors) should be allowed to continue to work from home and remain off-campus?
4. Do you believe that the quality of education for students at home is as good as the quality of education for students at school?

5. Are you concerned if Victorian students do not have the same opportunity to learn at school this term as do students from other states?

Please keep me updated on the Liberal Nationals COVID-19 pandemic response.

There’s still more work to be done.
